How long does it take for fuel pressure to bleed off after the car is shut down? Try to clamp off the return line carefully(at the rubber section beside your washer fluid tank) and see if the pressure bleeds off as quickly. If so, I'd guess your injectors are leaking and causing the hard starting.

If you don't have access to a fuel pressure guage, you could just pull the fuel pump fuse before you shut the car down at night and let it run until it dies, then replace the fuse and see if you have trouble starting in the morning.
