Can someone tell me where to find NHRA regs to get a 12/11sec car track legal?

I have a car (my grand prix) that will run low 11's on a 100 shot of nitrous, and mid 12's on the motor with slicks. What do I need to do to make it track legal? I'd like to finally run it at the track to get some concrete numbers. I'll be running slicks and the battery is in the trunk. So far, I know that I need a battery cutoff switch (which I already bought but haven't wired in) and I need all stainless steel or hard line fuel line. What else?? Do I need longer wheel studs if I'm running slicks? What about driveshaft loop? The grand prix has a "factory" style driveshaft loop already, anybody know if that'll fly with the track officials? Is there a website or something? Thanx

I know there are several websites that will tell you, just search for "nhra rules 12.99 13.99" and see what comes up. I know you need a driveshaft loop if you've got slicks, and obviously a helmet and seat belts are a must. You do need roll BARS below 11.99, cages below 10.99.

If you have a trunk mount battery it must be sealed from the drivers compartment. Just the backseat won't do, you'll have to put some kind of sheetmetal between the trunk and passenger area. Or, you can use a NHRA approved sealed battery box. The driveshaft loop must be NHRA approved, which means 2" wide by 1/4" thick and I believe within 6" of the trans side u-joint. Seatbelts are a must at any ET. Helmet if you're 13.99 or faster. Wheel studs must extend out of the lugs, no closed end nuts. Minimum four point roll bar for 11.99 and faster. Roll cage for 10.99 and faster.

check their web site, it'll tell you where to send acheck for a rule book. you'd be a fool to not have one and a bigger fool to believe what you're told on here without checking in your rule book. last one i bought was 12 dollars.

Yeah my local auto parts stores carry the NHRA rulebooks, I've picked a few up from a couple years. Very good book to have.
