Now a Code 13
LoL, I swear it never ends with this car. Now I have a code 13. Does this mean my O2 sensor is bad? Thanks

maybe, maybe not. you need to trouble shoot it and follow the flow down procedure for a code 13

look in a manual for it. usually a standard repair manual doesn't have it. get a fuel systems and emissions repair manual. or you can take a chance and just replace it.
