oh well, i'll get to work earlier this year. i know most people will say get a 350, and yes i do plan to but i want to make my 305 better and last a bit longer before i do. i want to know the best way to get some good hp numbers out of it... i already got exhaust flowing free enough, but still not satisfied with power of the car car. over the winter i want to do up some of the engine. i got 700 US dollars. i want to get a cam ad maybe port the heads. what are someother things i can do...i am going to port the plenum and runners myself, and i am going to put a cai on it. i am also removing ac and smog crap. can anyone recomend the best cam for my setup. i was thingking maybe a crane 270h, but that might be too big.

 

ne body help me? are underdrive pulleys a good investment?
