Looking for a good mechanic in south Jersey

I have had no luck with mechanics, so I figured I would ask, see if anyone knows a good one in the South Jersey area.

Im getting a cam lifters and a manifold put in, but I'm going to need springs later on (soon) and the guy that is doing the cam wants something like $250 to put springs in.

$250 sure is pricey for some new valve springs. where is this guy located ?

Hes not a "real" mechanic. He doesnt own a shop. He just does **** in his free time.

I have seen some of the cars he has built, and they run great, so I'm sure he knows what he is doing.

He said he usually has access to his friends garage/shop.

But I dont want to take my car to this guy for everything, since i get no recepit, no warrenty etc.
