Ok my car is trying to go all out and **** me off.

When I turn the wheel, I get a knocking sound in the steering wheel compartment. What the heck is that?

The seat belt light comes on periodically for no reason, even if I have my seat belt on. It's really not a big deal except it will come on at night and it is so bright red that I think it is the check engine light and it bugs the **** out of me. Any suggestions???
