Are These Heads Worth It?

I can get a set of brand new 64cc 2.02/1.6 valve heads for $500. I'm not sure of the brand yet though. Would this be a good match for my setup?

Thats not really much to go on. You really need to give us the casting numbers or brand or something more than that. The 64cc chamber would bump your compression which would help a bit.
