What type and size valve seals??

Im looking to replace the valve seals on my 'bird, but am unsure which ones to buy. I've found these two at Jegs, Comp Cams and Crane.... anyone better than the other? And which size do I need? Thanks.

All of those require machining the guide, as the text in the links says. If your heads haven't been machined, they won't work.

Get some Fel Pro ones; they are made to fit your stock guides.
