How do I install pulleys?

Im working on my power steering pump because it has a leak and i may need to replace it. I know i need a gear puller to get it off, but what do i need to get it back on? I dont have a press of any kind, do i need one of those, or is there a smaller hand tool i can use? Can i just use a rubber mallet? Please help!

Use a piece of threaded rod, and a nut, and some washers.

Go to Auto Zone or whatever other chain parts store you have in your hood, and "rent" a puller.
