How much torque for valve covers?

I'm replacing my valve cover gaskets today. How much do I torque down the vavle cover bolts and in what order? Does anybody have a suggestion as to which type of gaskets I should use?

Thanks,

-The Gunny

I use Fel Pro and just tighten it down nice and snug.
