What are the benifits of going with a High Perf. Water Pump??

are ther any benifits of installing a high perf. water pump vs. stock on a stock engine??

Transmission: Five speed
An aftermarket water pump will flow coolant a lot better than stock (therefore engine temp will go down). If you get an aluminum one, it will be lighter also. Aftermarket waterpumps are built to last longer as well.
