votage problem still. replaced ground wire..

i am having super weird voltage problems.. i am getting 14.5 volts at the battery when the car is running. and the same thing at the alternator. but inside the car, the guage shows about 10 volts and about 11-12 volts at the inerior.. and the scan tool shows about 10-11 volts at the ECM...

i replaced the ground cable going from the battery to the block, and this helped for about 15 seconds... and as soon as i hit the button to put the windows down. the voltage went down to 10 again (acording to the guage.) i am having a terrible missfire because either the ECM or the ignition coil isn't getting the voltage it wants. so i can't even drive the car.. and half of the time it wont even start.. what pisses me off though is the headlights are just fine, and the battery and alternator are both getting 14.5 volts when the engine is running.
an no reving the car does NOT help. the voltage stays the same inside the car. but at the battery, depending on what the voltage is, will increase...

i am almost 100% sure it is not the ground going from the battey to the block, or the ground strap going from the passenger side head to the chassis, because i got a pair of jumper cables. and connected one side (both ends) to the battery, and one of the other ends to the block. and the other end to the chassis of the car, (non pained). and it didn't help at all. so im wondering if it could be an ECM ground or something?

never mind. i got the problem fixed... it was the power cable that was connected to the starter solenoid. the bolt was loose and was causing eratic voltage. funny. the car runs best as it ever has..
