Vader posted an exploded view of the tilt column assembly. PM him and see if he still has it around somewhere. That picture may tell you how to put it back together.

thanks, but shes all put back together now. i was having trouble with the bearing ad still don't thinknits in 100% correctly. but its working.

I just barely fixed mine, fully assembled, now the shaft itself wobbles
so im just gettin a new one at a picknpull for 30 bucks, lol

haha yeah that was my solution.. my column was fubared so i just got one from the local u pull it for 10 bucks and switched out my turn signal switch, wiring and my ignition cylinder

When you shut the ignition off, it locks the wheel so it can't be turned.
At least, thats what I've determined it does.
