tranny, motor mounts, bigger radiator, heavier duty coil springs, if you're doing fuel injection on the v8 then you'll also need the wiring harness and ecm

The easiest way, in 2 simple steps:
Step 1: Sell the 6-cyl car
Step 2: Buy a V8 car
The next easiest way is to get a whole V8 car, and swap everything from it to the 6-cyl car. This is a whole lot harder and will probably cost more money.
THe hardest and most expensive way is to try to buy each piece individually. You can probably buy 2 whole cars for what the parts will cost you that way, and it will be many times as much trouble, as you try to figure out what it is that you don't have but you need.

if you have basic knowledge and the right tools it wont be that hard. just make sure you have all the parts, the easiest way is to buy a v8 parts car for cheap. i did the whole swap and had my engine running, but not tuned, in about a week. that is working at my job full time and working on the car nights. it is worth doing, the difference in power is great. it isnt that hard, i got my parts car for free, but other than that i spent less than $300. good luck, in my opioning it is a lot cheaper than buying a v8 car. good luck!!
