I'm converting from MAF to SD which the later cars have. Are there another major differences? Which would you buy?

Thanks

If you are converting, the manual for the SD ('91-'92) car will reflect the fuel and management system more accurately, but the rest of the car could have differences. Any chance of getting both?

If it were me personally and I only had enough money for one or the other, I'd get the 91-92. The more accurate engine-related stuff would be more useful than most chassis-related material. I could live with say a brake drum schematic being a little off better than I could live with a wiring diagram being a "little off".

But Vader's right. Try to get both.

Thanks for your replies. I was thinking that a 91/ 92 manual would be better. The only difference between the later model cars and mine I think is the speedo/gauges, grouds effects and spoiler and 2 cats. I think engine, tranny, wireing, chassis andd suspension is the same.
I'll see what prices I get although it'll cost a few beer vouchers getting it shipped across the pond as those manuals look quite heavy.

Thanks

Ended up getting the 88 shop manual $19 on Ebay. It should provide a few nights bedtime reading.
