What oil to use in winter?

I have an 83Z28 with an early 70s 350 SBC with a TH350. Its carbed and mildly modded. What oil should I use for the colder temps? What about hotter temps?

10w-30?
5w-30?

I normally use 10w-30 in the winter. And 15w-50 for summer time.

a while back.. there was a comparison of M1

All weights of Mobil 1

It basically had 0-30 (yes, ZERO), outperforming all others. It had better pourpoint and the viscosity index was slightler higher than 5-30w. Flash point and all high temp measures were almost identical to 15-50w.

If your north of kansas, I saw zero or 5-30 at the most.
