355 w/ 56cc Vortec heads... Which Pistons??

Gonna build a 355 block for my car this x-mas. I have Vortec heads that are shaved to a hair over 56cc.

Which pitons should I get that will yield 10-1 compression?

Most of the time they give the desired compression when used with 64cc heads. Is there some kind of easy equation to figure out how much compression rises per cc milled on the 350 block???

Since I milled 8 cc's off, doesn't that raise the compression about a point or a little more???

Here's ya a hole lot to choose from...these are TRW forged, so if you want a diffeent brand, go back to main page and look at other brands...good luck!

thanks..

Looks like if I get a full .030 kit I'll need pistons that yield about 9.3-9.4 compression when used with 64cc heads.

Yep, and if you've had the heads shaved to 56cc, that puts you right there where you wanna be...good luck!
