Crappy Idle till it warms up?

I have a 91 Z 28 speed density car. The car has a hard time idling when I first start the car. To start it I have to feather the throttleor the car will die? Once i get it to idle, the car will maintain idle at its usual 19in hg once it warms, but I have to feather the throttle for 30 seconds or till it warms up? I have no vacuum leaks. If I take my foot off the throttle before it has a chance to warm up, vacume bounces to ten in hg, and dies. I have scanned my codes and got a code 32. I replaced the egr solenoid. Checked the vacume while the car was idling at aprox. 700rpms. No Vacume to the solenoid, I revved the engine, still no vacume to the solenoid. How can I check if the solenoid is grounded or has a short? I was going to use a test light, but is there a way i can use a ohm meeter to check it? If so, where do i set the setting on the ohm meeter? I have thought of the IAC, TPS, CTS, and MAP sensor too? What shoud the reading on these sensors be in ohms? The only code i get is a 32 however, i know that the sensors i have mentioned play some role in the so famous "CODE 32". I suspect that the IAC could also cause the irraic idle? How do I check for the other sensors?

Thanks!
