I can pick up a set for a very reasonable price (125$ shipped). With a port and polish, screw in studs, and good springs could they take the lift of a zz4 or lt4 hotcam?? Would it make at least 325hp?

 

a good port and polish to l98 head would increase hp i would think, not sure about number wise though..

what kind are you getting, the aluminum ones or the cast iron ones?

 

Just the iron ones like on a l98 camaro. I can get a set for 125$ I figured with a port and polish, valve job, and maybe screw in studs so I can run a comp cam extreme 282 cam (.508/.510)

I think this would yield some decent HP over my stock lo5 heads.
