Aluminum L98 heads, although they have 58cc chambers, will represent a loss of compression on a 305. That's due to the higher heat loss through the aluminum, which not only allows but requires a higher static compression to make up for that heat loss and maintain power output. So, if used on a 305, they should be shaved down to 52-54cc, which will probably require shaving the intake manifold as well.
The World S/R Torquer 305 will flow pretty much the same as unported L98 heads. They'll flow even better if treated to a pocket porting job prior to installation.
Either way, the TBI can be made to run. For more info on that, talk to the guys on that forum.
