Canada emision testing
i live in BC canada and we have VERY strict smog restrictions. I have taken the Air Care test 4 times now, making carb adjustments, and other basic things(plugs, wires, air filter, cat's - yes 2, PCV...) everytime i fail the test by haveing WAY too much carbon monoxide. What would cause my engine to burn that crappoy, and what can i do to fix it?

the HC, CO2, CO...
I have a chart at school, post your result and i'll look into it.
The chart is Old an not very accurated, but still give an idea, like if the timing is the problem, carbon in combustionChamber, bad gas...
Do you burn oil?
Does the EGR & canister work well?
How well the engine runs?
