L98 IROC Questions
I don't own one, but am thinking of picking one up. I have a couple of questions though:
1. What is the fuel milage?
2. Do they use the old refrigerant in the AC or do they have the newer crap? (if it depends on the year, please tell me)
Thank you.

1. EPA rates them at 16/24. You can see higher is driven right, or lower if you're outta tune or drive it hard.
2. F-Bodies didnt get the R134a until 1993. So you're outta luck unless the previous owner converted it.

Outta luck? R134A is an inferior product. I don't see the problem.

That's true, R12 does do a better job at cooling. However I know around here there isn't even one shop that handles it anymore because it's illegal for a shop to recharge them. It might be different state by state in America though.
