I have an 85 transam that I put a 350 in(ran for the first time today). Anyway, I used the tech article on here to wire up an electric 140 speedo from an 89 gta. Well, I think that there is something wrong with the cluster but was wondering if there was any other explanations. When I ran it the speedo gauge was varying(very jumpy) with rpm. I think that I might have had some bad spark plug wires. Could this have caused rfi to make the speedo jump like that? I am going to put shorty plugs and new wires in it(hopefully next weekend) The left turn signal flashes the right signal on the dash, and the right one doesnt do anything on the dash also the brights light is always on. I have a cluster out of a 86 I am going to try but wondered if you guys had any opinions. Oh, and all of the outside lights work fine.
