What distributor should I get?

Out of these three, wich should I buy?

I need a non-cc distributor and I want to spend about $150-170

Are perormance modules worth the money?
I was alos thinking of getting that moroso advance recurve kit and a crane adjustable vaccum advance depending on what distributor I get.

I'd go with the summit. Chances are its made by one of the above.

My Accel one has held up fine for the past 2 yrs.

If I had to do over again, I'd go for an MSD, seems to be a popular brand, usually for a reason.

Right, but hooker exhaust is also popular. The reason isn't quality

I would go with the Summit unit myself. It seems to be the best for the money IMO. I know someone with the Proform one and they said it was also really nice for the price. I've been told to stay away from Mallory ignition componts by a friend at a speed shop. He said he has gotten alot of complaints on thier stuff. The same guy at the speed shop said in his opinion the Accel performance modules are the best. Hope this helps.

I have the summit one and theirt quality control is crap. I had to take it aprt and use the body from anther distributor because the TWO that I got from summit didnt have bushings in the shaft housings and would fill the under-cap area with oil. It may have just been a bad run.
