tranny trouble

I am having a problem with my transmission. The car shakes/vibrate when the car is in gear and stopped, but not nuetral or park. if it is moving it is fine. What is up with this? It is an automatic 700r4.
Thanks,
Kevin

It's basically impossible for the trans to cause that. Are you sure it's a trans problem, and not an ignition issue? Sounds to me like one cylinder isn't running.... fouled plug, burnt plug wire, etc.

I really have no idea what it is, i just thought it was the tranny because it is different when in gear, then in park or nuetral. I'll check those things though. Thanks for the help.
