What is the compression ratio of a 400 with stock bore and 882 heads? Thank you

That would depend on the pistons.

A 76cc chamber head, .038 thick gasket, uncut deck and 12cc dish pistons will give you a CR of 9.0:1.

Using a typical flat top 4 relief piston will increase the CR to 9.5:1
