What RPM to set minimum air with a cam?

Im running a Hot cam and wanted to know what RPM to set the minimum air to. When the idle dropped to 575 on the stock chip with the IAC plugged in it would stall so Im pretty sure it will not idle with the minimum air set at 400RPM. Should I set it the lowest I can without it stalling?

That's what I did. I just turned the adjusting screw in far enough so that it would run with the IAC disconnected, then slowly turned it out until it was barely running.
