I beleive the thirdgen firebirds were lower than camaro's. I think they sit between .33 and .31.
The thirdgen body was a damn good design from an aerodynamic point of view.

early fbirds were as low as .299
those ones that had the KIT flat wheel covers.
With headlights up, fbirds were higher than camaros. Most z28s were in the .34 range.
Some fourth gens with wide tires are as high as .36
