TRACTION IS THE KEY. read up on how to position the driveshaft from a loaded position. when the power is being trasfered to the rear wheels. if u hook up you will get the power where it needs to go thats why I said high 13s.

I built a 1988 Monte carlo SS once 350 .030 flattops,274 extreme cam,ATI 3000 stahl,Performer RPM,Vortec heads(stock but modded for lift),3:73powertraxx,13/4 long tube headers,cutouts after headers,750 double pumper,running slicks it ran 12.29@110 mph.

In summary your heads don't flow as well,a good set of cutouts or even 1 3"cutout will help substantially(quiet on the street all out power at the track).

It just all depends on test and tuning your timing prob should be around 36 total. I'd sell the heads and swap on the vortecs better chambers and flow #'s.
