Engine assembly and ambient temp...
I'm at the point where I'm reading to put the heads on the short block.
It's about 27*F right now....and it's gonna be in the 30's the rest of the week. Is this going to be a problem?

Better get it done before it hits the 30s, that would be too hot for it.
Seriously, it doesn't make the slightest bit of difference, except that paints and sealers take a long time to set up the colder it gets.

About the only difference that it will make is that you're gonna freeze your nards off assembling the engine. You gotta feel pretty bad for some of those neutered bronze primates out there...
