What kind of lifters are the best to use in my stock engine?, I'm putting roller tip rockers on too

 

I'd get some regular Comp Cams or Crane lifters. Nice and cheap.

 

Summit lifters are great they are made by crane and cost about half of what the others want for lifters

 

lifters are all pretty much the same since there are very ferw actual makers.

Just about all of them from the big cam companies are made either by Elgin, Perfect Circle (Dana), Sealed Power, or Melling. None of the cam companies actually makes them themselves.

But if you're not changing the cam, don't change the lifters; and if you are changing the cam, get the lifters from whoever made the cam, so that there will be no warranty issues.
