Best all around heads for my new motor...???

Here the motor that I am building as we speak, it's gonna sit for a while until I get some nice heads for it:

70's 350 4 bolt block .030 over= 355 c.i.
Compression: 10-1 with 58 cc and I believe it's 9-1 with 64 cc heads
COMP XE 268 cam
High volume oil pump, etc.

Clevite bearings, Sealed Power Hyperuectic pistons.

Here's my question:

What are the best heads for this combo for under $1,000 bucks??? I don't care if they are aluminum or not, I want power.

I was going to put my 57cc Vortecs on there but decided that I'll put them on my 84 305 and get some new heads for the 355.

Apparantely this combo with 64cc Vortecs will produce about 420 horsepower, I know there are better heads than Vortecs for under $1,000 bucks, I'll be plenty happy with over 400 horse though. I want torque, and lots of it so let limit the intake runners to 190cc.
