swap v6 camaro rs w/ 350
do u have to do any big things to convert a v6 rs into an rs 350...such as expand the engine bay or any of that stuff? and how much would it cost to do all of this adding in the rear axles and all of that fun stuff? please help me out with a few lines on what to do.

engine bay is the same size, you will need different engine mounts, a tranny with a v8 bellhousing, and a larger radiator, if you plan on running it with anything but a non cc carb and dist you will also need all the computer controls... its a lot easier to just go the non cc route.. harder to get through emissions though.. the rear will work.. not the best for traction with a buncha torque on a one wheeler but its the same rear - a posi unit that a z28 or transam would have.. you dont have to but i would highly recommend upgrading your stock struts shocks and springs so you arnt bottoming out everwhere due to the extra weight... if you are going the computer controlled route you may need a different wiring harness... i honestly dont know because i didnt mess with any of it.. i just went non cc... as for cost it all depends on what you pay for the parts and if you plan on doing all the labor yourself etc.. im sure i left a bunch of things out.. maybe someone else here can give ya a better description..
