Uh you use a gasket scrapper! Or you can use a razor-blade. Go to the autoparts store and get a scrapper and some vacuum lines.

on cast iron head use a paint scrapper and then a scotch pad you know the green ones your mom uses for her pans lol. on the aluminum in take I use a plastic scraper and a scratch pad and some Simple Green or Tide laundry detergent on that too brake cleaner works ok as long as it is non clorinated. The clorinated type leaves a residue and corrodes aluminum. For the vacuum lines just take the pieces that broke to the parts store and replace them. Just make sure you mark the vacuum lines so you know where they go. Actually I just threw those plastic hoses away and replaced them with new rubber vacuum hoses.

from one end to the other find out where each one goes to then just leave enough to slide the vacuum lines over the old plastic tubing try a single edge razor blade to cut them.

Permatex gasket remover in the aerosol can. Nasty **** though, will remove paint (actually it does this really, really well). It doesn't really remove the gaskets, but softens them up enough to easily scrape them off.
