I took my car out last night for alittle while. Everytime I would get on the car it would puff out white smoke and it would smell like burning antifreeze. I took the car home. The car runs fine, does not run hot and the oil looks fine and there are not bubbles in the raditor after it's ran. It is a carbed 350. I look around the intake and the gasket looks wet looking. Do you think my entire problem is a leaking intake gasket. Could it leak antifreeze/water into the intake port of the head and then burn off and produce the white smoke. I am just wanting to rule out the blown head gasket. Thanks

Could very well be an intake gasket. Pull the spark plug at the corner where the gasket is wet and have a look at it. You could also do a compression check to rule out a head gasket.
