Transmission: Borg Warner T-5

Help!!!!! My Car Won"t Start!!!!

i have a 1989 2.8L Camaro with a brand new starter, alternator, and battery and the car still won't start. What could be the problem? When i turn the ignition, nothing happens.....all i hear is a very quiet growl.......like a bbbbuurrrrrr but it's not the starter and there is not clicking or starting sound at all. Thanks

what are VATS? I think wut's wrong is the Neutral Safety Switch (Clutch Safety Switch)

VATS is the anti theft system with the chip in the key. Bypass the clutch safety switch and try to start it. If it starts, you need a new switch.
