Does any one know if there is a differnt crusie control computer/ black box for automatics and manual transmissions?

I don't know with any certainty, but I seriously doubt it. The only difference I'm aware of is that a manual trans car would be equipped with a second interruptor switch on the clutch pedal arm, as well as the one on the brake pedal arm. AFAIK, these are wired in series, so no changes in the electronics or logic would be necessary.

The reason that I thought there might be was beacuse after I swapped out my 700R4 for T56 the cruise acts really weird, It wants to over acellerate the car like it is compensating for TCC lockup or something. It worked perfectly before the swap.
