not really sure if this was the right place to post this but.....my car is leaking some fluid under the dash on the passenger side it leaks the most when i have the heat on what could this be ??? and how would i go about fixing this? ...thanks in advanced


p.s. pleasekeep in mind when explainnig that im 16 years old and just learning to fix cars

 

The heater core is leaking. It's a part that looks like a very small radiator. Coolant flows thru it, providing heat to the inside of the car. It can be replaced without taking off the entire dash. At least that's how it was with my 88 Firebird.
