Will someone tell me what happened?

ok I have a 89 formula that use to have a LO3 but we pulled it out and put a 350 board .30 over with a 448 lift cam, engine was weighed and balanced, engine come out of a 89 pick up for what it matters, but to make a long story short I took it to the track today and it run faster with the lo3????? BUt I can feel a big difference in the seat and to me that don't make any since, btw I have also installed a 350 tbi unit 350 est box and knock sensor, can someone please tell me what you think? I figure that the 350 should run better than the weeee05 but the paper says it all right?

What heads and cam does it have? Does it still have the L03 exhaust?

Sounds like it needs some tuning.

That big of a change to a TBI car is going to require computer mods, IMO. It's probably running lean, because the computer doesn't know it's not a 305 anymore
