3 ingredients:

Compression, air/fuel in reasonable proportions, spark at the right time.

All you have to do is identify which one is missing, and figure out why.

A no-start has to be the easiest automotive problem to diagnose... I'll take one of those any time rather than some intermittent or runs-like-crap or something.

i think i might have flooded the carb. How long does it take to get a carb unflooded?

Like i said it ran 2 days ago but yesterday i was really cold and it didn't want to start and today it didn't want to start either.

The engine just rotates but will not start. Im sure it has the 3 indregients.

Also it was so cold my winshield washerfuild was frozen yesterday. so is it possible maybe my fuel line froze?

Flooded = too much gas

Ingredient #2 is not present.... air/fuel in reasonable proportions

See your other post about unflooding a carb.

Most likely it's the opposite; not enough fuel. Unless you can see it spewing from everywhere, it probably could use more.

If in fact it's not just drenched and dripping and you can't see and smell raw fuel out the tailpipe, then it's not flooded. You can look down in the intake and tell right away, if it's flooded there will be puddles of liquid fuel all down in there. If you don't see lots of fuel, then sit down in the car, and slowly and methodically, pump the gas to the floor about 10 or 12 times.... slowly, take about a second to push it all the way, and wait a couple of seconds between pumps. Then take your foot off the gas and crank it and see if it starts.
