clutch safety switch...
Has anyone replaced their clutch safety switch?
If so, did your car start when the safety switch was bad?
I can start my car without depressing the clutch. And my cruise control doesn't work either. So I'm thinking these two problems are related.

My car starts w/out pressing the clutch. Maybe the previous owner bypassed the safety switch. I checked the switch and it doesn't seem bypassed (it's still connected to the harness).
The previous owner also had the clutch replaced as well.
I don't know, I'm lost.

I cut the switch off and wired up the two wires together.
Your switch could be bad, stuck closed. Mine was stuck open.
