Will this work for head porting?

This item says it is a die grinder. Will it work like I would need for head porting, or is it more like a dremel?

Thanks

Ben

First the metal piece will fall off the end, then the brushes will burn up. Probably why there is a spare set. I just threw it in the trash where it belonged.

Totally a waste of money.
