What kind of head gasget?

I'm going to be pulling the heads (vortec) off my crate motor tonight, taking them in to be able to handle more lift (bigger springs, valve seats.. ect). Going to be putting a comp cams XE .507-.510 cam with 1.6's, but my main question is when I go to put the heads back on, what kind of head gasket should I get. Or maybe more-so, what kind of head gasket shouldn't I get? Thanks.
