Entire Car No Power
I hook up a Summit s Remote Solenoid and now I dont have any power (NO lights, No Power). Hook-up a multimeter and tested the battery side of the solenoid and have 12.84VDC. Touch the Solenoid (S) Terminal and has No Power reading(0.348). Touch the Starter side of the solenoid and has No power (.0356). My gut feeling tells me that I have a Bad Solenoid from Summit. Guess I will have to go to Autozone in the morning and get a Ford Solenoid. Just when everything seem to be going good there is always a few setbacks.
Anyone has anything they would like to add that I might have done wrong.
Here is what I did:
1. Install jumper wire from Main Solinoid (S) terminal to Battery post on Solenoid.
2. Install the Wires to remote solenoid 2 red wires and jumper Battery cable from solenoid to solenoid, install 1 purple wire to (S) terminal.
3. Install the Battery cable from + battery post to Battery Solenoid connection.
Did I over look something that would have cause me to lose ALL power.
Thanks: David

Disregard found the problem:
something so simple that I over-looked.
Yes, I hook them up( WRONG) to the battery cable post on the starter/solenoid to the output side of the remote solenoid, instead of the actual battery side of solenoid. That what happens when you work on a car for 10hrs getting the engine ready for initial cam break-in.
