Just wanted to know if a 4 pin distributor module is a 4 pin distributor module regardless of the make. Also when I get these tested, what is a good rule of thumb on how long to leave them hooked up for so they get warm??

Probably. I know there are differences between Pontiac and Chevrolet V-8s, since those engines have different amounts of overall vacuum advance. There are even differences among Chevy V-8s, depending on the particular engine.

I went to the pick -a apart and yanked three of them out yesterday. I think the one I have in my car right now might be faulty since it stalls and all. I did have that one tested too. I think when I test these other ones next time around I'll leave them on the tester for much longer.
