What do you guys think ?

I did some of my head bolts the ones under the valve cover with teflon paste sealer. Then I ran out, had to get more. I had only partially tightened them up. Got some more sealant two days later and did the rest on the outside. Then I tightened them all up.

Do you think that I will run into a problem with the inner head bolts leaking because the sealent might have hardened up before I did the final torque?

Should I pull them and re do it?

What do you think?

If you used an anaerobic sealant, such as Loctite or Permatex PST, the sealant will not harden completely until it is in the absence of any air, such as when the cooling system is filled or oil can seal the compound from air.

It's a tough call. I would bet you'll get an adequate seal, since the compound never really completely hardens. It remains flexible to maintain a seal under heat/cool cycles and other expansion or minor motion If you used some other type of sealant, I have no idea what your results might be.
