Does anyone know where I can get a grooved water pump pulley, not the smooth one that came stock on mine? I'm switching to a standard rotation pump, and I believe that I need to use a groved pulley. Could I use the stock smooth pulley if the grooved side of the belt is in contact with it?

 

Junkyards are full of grooved pulleys.

 

Yes, I found a lot of grooved pulleys. However, they're 5 rib, whereas all the other pulleys I have now are 6 rib. I'm still looking for a 6 rib water pump pulley at a reasonable price. I called March, and they make one in billet aluminum for $101, which is not at all reasonable.
