Holley Stealth Ram, LT1, or Ported TPI- which is the best intake for the $$???

Ok people, i've done the searches and everything, but none of the threads can answer my question- So here we go--
I currently have a 305 TPI, and its just not doing it for me. I need something with more juevos. Here is my theory..

I want to get a L98(5.7) out of a similar year camaro(89-92) and build it piece by piece.

I'll have a local performance shop do the internals for me, but as far as the intake/heads/headers, i want to do that myself- Here are my questions--

What is the best intake as far as power/money/reliability??

Which intake(s) will work with which heads?

What are the expected powerbands for the following intakes?

I want Trickflow 23* Aluminum heads

My theories below are based on my searches:

LT1- Can make good power with a little work, and they're cheap-

StealthRam-Good power, looks good, not too pricey but not emissions legal-

Ported TPI-Can make good power with a lot of porting and siamesing(what is siamesing) but will still be restricted as far as high end HP

Which of these is the best route to go for the most power for the money- I've done searches but none will answer my questions.
Has anyone had experience with those intakes? What kind of results did you get? I'm not in too much of a hurry or anything- I want to take my time and build the ultimate 5.7 for my 91Z28- Any and ALL input is appreciated and welcome-
Thanks in advance people
My main goal is to get to in the 11's n/a on pump gas- possibly blown is all good Lets hear your input!

Looks like it's tpi for you. I assume you have to pass emissions because of your comment on the holley intake, so you won't be using an LT1 or stealth ram. As far as siamesing.. do another search. It's been covered two thousand and thirty six times. You can find some nice pictures to help you out.

11s will take a lot of work with an L98. A used superram might be what you're looking for.

OK, I'll give my opinion...

Out of those 3 choices, go with the Stealth Ram as long as you don't have to worry about emissions.

Forget TPI if you want performance. Forget the other things if you want to pass emissions. The LT1 intake is alot more trouble in several ways than the Stealth Ram.

I would not put a SuperRam on any car I ever expected to even see again, much less my own car that I might have to work on. Take a look at one, you'll understand why instantly... it has to be asembled on the motor, piece by piece. Makes good power but is the ultimate PITA.

Also consider the TPIS MiniRam. If I were building a FI motor, that's one of the ones I might use.

I completely agree! I'm actually in the process on installing a Stealth Ram on an 89 IROC-Z (my old car). The new owner is having me do the work. This intake looks unbelievable! It should perform better than the Miniram, IMO. The way it's set up is much the same as an LT1/Miniram, except it has long intake runners, and a bigger plenum.
STAY AWAY FROM THE SUPERRAM. I helped a buddy adjust his valves, and we could BARELY get the valve covers off. We had to pry them past the runners, then hammer them back into placce, bending them up in the process. The Superram design sucks.
