Fusable links frying...need help

Ok now I have another problem. Something is up. I had the radio on and the window down while i was disconneting the cluster. Well it started to rain. The window wouldnt roll up. I was like oh crap and the ignition wasnt working or anything. Well the fusable link running to the soleniod was fried. I stuck a wire in place and managed to get the window up before it fried again.

Could something have came off the back of the cluster and grounded?? Would the tranny electronics being disconnected have something to do with this? The tranny isnt hooked up at all.
Headers are disconnected also and laying near the fusable links but i dont think thats it.

Any help would be appreciated.

BTW i havent got the cluster all the way out to check the connections yet.

Yuck, be careful. That could have easily started a fire (ask me how I know).
