Get a better cam then the LT1 cam, it is a very tiny grind. Something along the line of a COMP XR270HR grind for factory hydraulic roller block.

Depends on the heads.....
Nothing else in that list is any better than a stock LT1. L98 heads will not flow as well as LT1 heads. You won't have as much compression as a stock LT1.
Somewhat less than a LT1 would with the same headers. At its absolute best it would equal a LT1, which is highly unlikely.
Put a better cam in it. It's a brick-wall handicap, as all the LT1 people are well aware. The stock LT1 cam is so weenie you can drop it into an otherwise unmodified TBI 305 and it will run with the stock fuel and spark curves.
All in all, it's a whole lot of bucks and very little bang. Not how I would spend all that money, for sure.
